Depending on the test results, a treatment plan will be made to stabilize the medical conditions if any, with the help of medications as necessary or with lifestyle change recommendations. If it is a wellness checkup then recommendations for protection of health will be made. When deemed necessary, appropriate referrals to the consultants will be made.

Here, initial medical baseline evaluation will be a prerequisite. A daily routine, dietary evaluation, and bodily habits will be discussed, and a plan will be made to improve health and wellness. Prevention of diseases, and controlling and stabilizing existing medical conditions through diet, lifestyle changes including exercises and yoga will be the primary focus.
Whenever possible, medications will be minimized while achieving optimal goals as expected in traditional medicine. In addition, more focus will be placed on wellness. Some supplements may be offered to improve wellness if dietary intake is not able to meet the daily requirements.
